SUBJECT: Duress Signaling and Database Atomization.
In high-threat environments (journalism in hostile regimes, corporate espionage), an operative may be physically forced to enter their password.
HoloSec allows for a designated "Panic Password." If this specific string is entered into the Master Key field, the interface will not show an error.
Instead, it will silently trigger the Scorched Earth routine.
Upon entry of the Panic Code, the local SQL vault (`holosec_vault.db`) is overwritten with random zeros (0x00) seven times before being deleted. This destroys the local record of all Time Keys.
Because the encrypted files on the drive have no headers, they are instantly "orphaned." Without the Time Key record, they become statistically indistinguishable from white noise. Even if you later remember the correct password, the unique time-coordinates are lost forever.
